Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and maintained in their original state as delivered.  

• All tags, labels, and original packaging must be returned without alteration.    
   
• Items that have been worn, cleaned, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.    
   
• Customers must initiate a return request within  48 hours from the delivery date by contacting our support team.    
   
• Products that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted under our return policy.
